Alexandrine Lebeau is an acupuncturist and a member of the Bhavana la clinique team. A vocal artist by training, she has spent over ten years exploring the links between breath, movement and awareness, a sensitivity that now infuses her therapeutic and aesthetic practice.
Her path has led her to deepen her understanding of the body through various disciplines, including yoga (Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, restorative and therapeutic), kinesiology, manual therapy, Pilates and somatic exploration.
A graduate in acupuncture from Collège de Rosemont and a member of the Ordre des acupuncteurs du Québec, she weaves these influences into an integrative, precise and deeply human approach.
In her practice, Alexandrine specializes in holistic facial acupuncture, an approach that brings together aesthetic care, energy regulation and overall well-being.
She offers treatments that include massage with gua sha & cupping, skin care with adapted serums, oils and creams, as well as facial acupuncture aimed at supporting radiance, vitality, tone and overall relaxation.
Because our inner state is reflected in the face and the skin, she approaches each facial treatment as care for the body and mind. She also sees a wide range of clients for hormonal & menstrual health, digestive issues, sleep, neurodivergence support and stress management.
Moxa, cupping and acupressure complement her treatments as needed. Alexandrine also offers therapeutic movement and adapted yoga sessions, drawing on her background in yoga (Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, restorative and therapeutic), kinesiology and somatic exploration.
