Catherine Douville

Massage therapist

She has practised Thai massage since 2008. Massage therapy was a revelation for her in her quest for balance and union between body, heart and mind. Her many trips to Thailand allowed her to study with renowned teachers and deepen her understanding of this ancestral tradition.

She focuses on Thai massage, which she combines as needed with Thai acupressure, fasciatherapy, cupping, osteothai and Thai reflexology. Bridging Eastern traditions and Western approaches allows her to offer complete and varied care.

She offers adapted touch to support people living with stress, anxiety, sleep disorders and trauma. Her approach aims to relieve pain, create space in the body and regulate the nervous system.

In addition to her practice at the clinic, she has taught Thai massage at various institutions in Quebec since 2015 and hosts a podcast on different topics related to massage therapy.
