Coralie Cressent
Hypnotherapist
Sees clients at both our clinics: Villeray and Rosemont
Coralie Cressent is a hypnotherapist and mental performance coach, and a member of the Bhavana clinic team.
For over 15 years, she has supported executives, entrepreneurs, artists and athletes, often during demanding periods marked by anxiety or major transitions. Trained in hypnotherapy at EFPHQ (Montreal) and I-HEC (France), as well as in mental preparation, she has more than 1,600 hours of training and over 1,500 hypnosis sessions behind her, while continuing her professional development.
THEIR APPROACH
Her approach is influenced by Ericksonian hypnosis and the work of François Roustang, which emphasize letting go, presence to oneself – to consciousness, the unconscious and the body – and the natural mobilization of resources.
In her practice, Coralie offers a lively, non-directive and deeply human form of hypnosis. She works with adults living with anxiety, burnout, paralysing fears or automatic patterns that no longer serve them. She also supports professionals seeking clarity and performers who want to combine ambition and balance.
Coralie regularly sees children aged 8 to 15 to help them ease their anxiety or overcome certain fears. Her work aims to restore a sense of inner safety and foster lasting autonomy.
Her intention is to offer a space of presence and clarity where everyone can slow down, settle and find calm, coherence and inner drive.
